Supporting Jenny MacDougall — A Leader, Mentor, and Friend

Our hockey community is rallying around Jenny MacDougall, a tireless advocate for youth hockey in Illinois, who has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of blood cancer, acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

For decades, Jenny has given her heart to the game — founding the Naper Valley Girls Hockey Team, serving on countless boards including the Metro Board as President, and working relentlessly to ensure girls have the same opportunities in hockey as boys.

Now, as she steps away from work and volunteer commitments to focus on treatment, we’re coming together to support her and her family with daily needs and medical expenses not fully covered by insurance.
